Ellis Franks is the founder of Reject Mediocrity. He is a highly distinguished veteran of the US Military where he served as Military Training Instructor (Drill Instructor). Ellis has played a pivotal role in training, mentoring, and inspiring over 100,000 trainees throughout his 14 years of dedicated and honorable service in the US military, His expert guidance has effectively shaped disciplined, resilient, and high-performing individuals across multiple military branches, consistently raising the standard of excellence, commitment, and personal development in every environment he has influenced.
Ellis is a certified Leadership and Performance Coach, accomplished Ironman athlete, and seasoned Ultramarathon runner. He coaches individuals of all fitness levels from beginners to elite athletes. He created the Reject Mediocrity FIT Method to incorporate a balanced training program that uses the TEMPS Method of Work-Life Balance to ensure develop of five readiness levels. These include training for Emotional, Mental, Physical, Spiritual, & Technical Readiness Levels.
